* Prices for hearing moulds, custom-made ear plugs for musicians, noise protection and swimming moulds will vary according to type, and material.
*Hearing aids are available under request. Prices may vary according to style, size, technology and manufacture.
* If wax is only found in one ear, wax removal will be charged for one ear only ( In clinic £45, home visit £60)
* Some services are offered individually or in packages. At our clinic or home visits. A discount of 10% is offered for multiple services. Some therapies are available online (Tinnitus and Balance therapies).

Payments, bookings and cancellations

We offer a variety of payment options including card (debit), cash, PayPal and Google Pay.
We prioritise providing each client with the dedicated time, attention and service they deserve. Therefore, a full payment is required before treatment.  If for any reason you do need to cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours,  only 50% of the full price of your required service will be refunded.
